Recently, the substation—a key supporting facility for the 300,000-ton/year wet-process purified phosphoric acid plant project undertaken by Wengfu Chemical Co., Ltd. and general-contracted by China WuHuan Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Chemical Engineering Group—was successfully energized for the first time. The project has now officially transitioned from the construction phase to the commissioning phase, ensuring a stable power supply for the subsequent individual equipment tests. Since the start of construction at the substation, the project team has faced various challenges such as limited construction space and concurrent work by multiple specialized teams. By planning ahead and making meticulous arrangements, and through close cooperation among all participating units, they were able to complete key tasks such as high-voltage testing and relay protection testing ahead of schedule. After multiple rounds of analysis and tabletop simulations regarding the power reception plan, and after carefully reviewing the protection settings and wiring logic, all operational parameters of the equipment were brought within the required standards, resulting in a successful power reception on the first attempt. Moving forward, the project team will strictly adhere to safety guidelines and ensure top-quality construction. With higher standards and more concrete measures, they will strive to achieve the target of commencing material input for the project, ensuring its timely completion and commissioning. They are committed to delivering satisfactory results through concrete actions.
