The pump disc in the 98% acid underground tank will not move

The 98% acid submersible pump is a submersible pump that is used roughly once a week. Recently, it couldn’t be rotated manually; however, it can be rotated using pipe wrenches. Its operation sound and temperature are both normal. After stopping, trying to turn the crank again doesn’t work either – manually. Could anyone with more experience give some advice?
Could there be acid sludge deposition? I also checked the lubrication!
The ambient temperature is probably around 20 degrees
It is suspected that material crystallization at the root cause is responsible for the jamming, but this has not been verified
Too much salt crystal has precipitated; take it off and clean it
