The pneumatic conveying system is currently able to achieve relatively successful dense phase conveying. What is the solid-gas ratio? Who does it better? 2. Which plunger valve is currently better in China? 3. Whose rotary valve is generally used in the air supply system? 4. In the entire air supply system, is the selection of valves or the design of the system more critical? Because I have seen many system failures, mostly due to valve selection. Does it mean that as long as air is introduced, it can be transported, so that the design of the system does not attract much attention?
I really don’t understand the valves in this system. The plunger valve may be in the minority.
So what kind of valves are usually used on melt pipelines?
When it comes to air delivery systems, there are only a few that are good at it, including the foreign-funded Coperion and Zeplin, and the domestic Jinshende and Bolong. Among them, the first two companies both design and sell equipment, while the latter two only do design. Most of the equipment purchases are purchased from the first two companies. Coperion's rotary valves seem to be used more often.
1. The solid ratio of the air conveying system depends on the conveying distance, the nature of the material, the conveying air source pressure and other parameters. For solid granular materials, the solid-gas ratio is up to about 30, and for powders it can reach 50 to 70. It is rare to see more than 100, mostly in laboratory research equipment. 2. There are many manufacturers of pneumatic conveying. In the polymer industry or plastic polyester industry, due to the high entry threshold, they are basically monopolized by larger pneumatic conveying companies. The four mentioned above are all good. 3. Positive pressure pneumatic conveying can use a warehouse pump (sending tank) or a rotary valve. I remember that pulse plug flow conveying was popular for a while, but I don’t know much about the current situation. 4. High-pressure rotary valves (3 kg or 3.5 kg) used to be basically made by Zeplin and Coperon. Now there are several domestically produced ones to choose from. The range of medium-pressure rotary valves is wider. 5. System design and valves (maybe you are referring to rotary valves, other valves are not so important) are equally important. The so-called air can be conveyed because the pneumatic conveying device manufacturer has already designed and set it up.
When it comes to the high-pressure rotary valves configured in the air delivery system, Shanghai Shikong's products are cost-effective and the quality is guaranteed.
