Which expert has the process package for the design of a 320,000-ton calcium carbide-based PVC plant? I need data on the balance of utility services (raw water, demineralized water, circulating water, chilled water, compressed air, nitrogen, electricity, steam). Thank you!
Although PVC technology is currently in a relatively open state, it has not yet reached the point where process package data can be shared. It’s best to discuss these privately with someone experienced.
Most design institutes simply do not provide process packages; at most, they provide flow diagrams, piping diagrams, and feasibility reports.
