How to solve the problem of sticking to the reactor in PVC and PE production

A long time ago, in PVC production at a chemical plant, a medium was sprayed on the inner wall of the reactor to address the problem of sticking. Why isn’t this method used in PE production?
A tetrafluoro lining, I guess. PVC produces hydrogen chloride when heated, which is corrosive, whereas PE does not, so that’s why it’s used.
PVC is produced intermittently, and an anti-adhesion agent is sprayed into each polymerization reactor after discharge; PE is produced continuously, and this process cannot achieve that.
