Lianhong New Materials’ 100,000-ton/year POE project has been successfully completed

On March 12, 2026, Lianhong New Materials replied to investors’ questions on an interactive platform, stating that the company’s 100,000 tons per year POE production facility was completed in February 2026 and is now in the preparation phase for trial production. Recently, influenced by the external environment as well as industry supply and demand, the prices of products such as EVA and POE have increased in line with market conditions; for specific details, please consult relevant news websites. In August 2023, Lianhong New Materials announced that it would jointly invest with Huisheng (China) Investment Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture named Lianhong Huisheng (Jiangsu) New Materials Co., Ltd. The plan is to build a plant with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of POE (polyolefin elastomer); the first phase will have an output of 100,000 tons per year, while the second phase will cover 200,000 tons per year. This plant will produce a range of high-end olefin-based materials such as POE-based materials for photovoltaic film applications and toughening agents. The total investment for the project is 5.2 billion yuan. On September 26, 2024, the project with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of POE began construction.
