I have been looking for a granulation device, but without success. I know that Japan and Germany possess this technology, yet it’s impossible to get in touch with them. The material is scrap from bridge-crosslinked low-density polyethylene foam. The crosslinking content is 0.05%, but tests conducted using machines from several companies in Zhangjiagang, China, showed that the product had a strong odor, high smoke production, and the resulting particles were still foamy. Environmental regulations simply cannot be met, and the machines are unable to perform granulation properly; the pressure inside the screw once reached as high as 25 pascals. I am also unable to properly describe what kind of nature the resulting thing has. I’m reaching out to experts here to recommend manufacturers in China that can produce this type of material, or to offer some suggestions. Environmental regulations are extremely strict; it’s necessary to meet these environmental standards!
