Emergency terminator

Help: Does anyone use diethylhydroxylamine as an emergency terminator? How effective is it?
I’ve only used it once since starting to drive, and it hasn’t worked; in the end, nitric oxide was what solved the problem. The reason it didn’t work wasn’t because diethylhydroxylamine wasn’t effective; it was a problem with the explosion-proof membrane – only one corner of it burst!
Of course, issues such as the polymerization reactor hiccuping or material discharge can be handled to prevent overheating and overpressure – it all depends on the operator’s skills!
