There are probably no conventional industrial applications; they do exist in the military and nuclear power sectors
To date, there has been no report of using nearly saturated steam to drive turbines, as such steam easily contains water and can cause water hammer.
We use a low-pressure steam turbine coupled with a cycle hydrogen compressor, which is a condensing type compressor; no problems have arisen during its operation.
What is the temperature of your low-pressure steam, and what is the pressure? Is it also superheated?
