Water content issue in MTBE raw material C4

My MTBE feedstock C4 is liquefied gas produced catalytically, which undergoes double dehydration and gas separation, coming from the bottom of the propane removal tower. The experienced worker said that it’s almost impossible to bring along very little water, but for some reason?
The possibility of water contamination in the C4 feedstock is very low. Do you remove a lot of water from the MTBE unit?
Water basically enters the top of the tower along with propane; the reflux tank at the tower top contains a high level of water, while there is very little water at the bottom of the tower.
A small amount of water boils away with C4 to the top of the distillation column; that’s how it is, and the bottom of the column contains only a few dozen ppm of water.
