It’s that time of year again when we select the outstanding employees – what are your criteria? Is it voting, or is a comprehensive evaluation used? (Here, we take into account voting, performance, attendance, work discipline, and other factors.)

Take turns being the leader; each class gets an equal share of all kinds of honors
