A new reforming unit has been installed, and the condensate transfer pipeline is constantly subject to water hammer; I’m not sure how to deal with this issue. Does anyone have any good ideas?

Try finding an exhaust port and using it for venting
Check whether the delivery temperature is too high, and also see if the pressure is high as well; if not, install a buffer tank.
