The one-way damping valve at the outlet of the catalytic standby main fan is of the strong-open/strong-close type; so how is this valve opened during startup? Do I need to unlock it? Can it be manually controlled to turn on or off? Thank you so much!

It is an interlock valve; generally, interlock valves are of the type that open and close forcefully, so the one-way damping valve at the outlet of the main fan is also of the type that opens and closes forcefully.
This valve is equipped with interlocking; the axial flow main fan is controlled according to the CCS program during startup. Once it enters automatic operation mode, the solenoid valve is energized, and as the pressure in the unit increases, the check valve opens.
