If there is a problem with the catalytic lining, can external welding be done to maintain normal production?
There is a problem with our lining; we need to observe closely and conduct regular inspections, without performing any patch welding.
If the small hot spots can be repaired by adding plates, temperature monitoring must still continue to prevent further damage to the lining; if the affected area is large, operations have to be stopped for emergency repairs
It’s possible, but it’s difficult to repair welds on expansion joints; if a hole in such a joint becomes too large, operations have to be stopped for repairs.
