Discharge destination for light contaminated oil at the top of the catalytic unit tank

Where does the vent gas from the tank containing lightly contaminated oil in the catalytic unit go – to on-site venting or to the low-pressure line?
Principle: For materials that are flammable, explosive, or toxic, whether to a high, extreme, or moderate degree, ducting (safety valves and venting systems) must be installed for centralized handling

Lightly contaminated oil tanks are generally buried underground, while venting is done in the open air
The original designs all involved venting on-site; have they all been changed to lower-wattage versions recently?
Previously, designs included on-site drainage; but due to current safety and environmental regulations, sealed systems with low-wattage wires are now used.
Our previous clearance height was around 2 meters, but it was increased to over 5 meters as part of safety checks
We first connect the safety valve; from its outlet, the flow goes either to a high-point vent or to a low-pressure area – these options can be switched, but in our process we opt for the low-pressure route.
