Not many oxidation asphalt plants are in operation these days; let’s exchange ideas – what processes are mainly used for asphalt production at present?
Construction and installation of the line: The construction and installation of an asphalt production line can be divided into several main phases, including infrastructure construction, pre-processing and installation, and the setup of the production line itself. 1. Infrastructure construction refers mainly to the basic tasks specified in the asphalt plant construction plan, namely concrete foundations and the installation and support of mechanical equipment. 2. Pre-processing and installation refer mainly to the preparatory work before construction, such as the installation of pipelines, fire protection facilities, electrical equipment, and the assembly of mechanical structures. 3. Mechanical installation: Based on the structural characteristics of the production line, the entire machine is disassembled and reassembled, and adjustments are made to assemble together some of the key components of the production line. 4. Installation of the production line configuration – this is the final step in the installation of the asphalt production line. Based on the composition of the production line and its operating procedures, the mechanical assemblies are installed, followed by appropriate inspections and adjustments, before the line is finally ready for operation.
