What is the lowest pressure level that can be used for turbine steam targeting, compared to the normal operating pressure?
Recently we just went through a shooting exercise; it’s hard to describe the stress involved. However, according to on-site measurements, it was determined that the flow rate must not be lower than the designed value, and the temperature at the end points must be at least 350 degrees Celsius.
