When starting up and feeding oil in, should one first use the electrical desalination bypass line, and only proceed to electrical desalination after oil is detected in the initial distillation tower? Or should one go straight to electrical desalination and follow the standard process? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each approach? Thank you????
Go straight to electrical desalination and follow the process flow. If one takes the bypass route for electrical desalination first and waits until oil is detected in the initial distillation tower before proceeding with electrical desalination, then the waiting time will be long, especially when there are three or four electrical desalination tanks.
Either one will work; generally, we incorporate electrodesionization when introducing oil, so that electrodesionization is part of the closed-loop circulation system.
Previously, we first used the electrical desalination bypass line; once a liquid level was detected in the initial distillation tower, we reduced the flow through the bypass line and increased the valve opening for the feed to the electrical desalination tank
It then depends on the size of your electric desalination tank – in the case of a larger tank, a circulation system is established first, after which oil is added while circulation is ongoing. This prevents pressure buildup due to blocked downstream processes, and during this period, the furnace’s constant-light function can also be used; just adapt it according to the actual situation. \ud83d\ude0a
