Increase the setting; pay attention to changes in air volume and adjust to prevent burning. Try to gradually shut down the DCS at the main fan station; pay attention to the low-flow protection mechanism for the main fan. If that doesn’t work, switch the static vane regulator to manual mode
First, change the stator regulator lock to manual control. Subsequently, an analysis is conducted to determine whether the issue is caused by process factors or by equipment and instrumentation problems. Identify the cause and take action to address it.
