After replacing the alkali in the liquefied gas alkali washing tank with fresh alkali, the liquid level continued to rise slowly. Since the process was confirmed to be functioning properly, is there any other reason for this situation?
The washing temperature is below the liquefied gas dew point.
We are all operating at full liquid level; it’s not noticeable
It means that a high liquid level indicates liquefied gas
The condensable components or moisture in liquefied gas. Another possibility is that the alkaline solution forms a foaming system; after replacing it with fresh alkali, the foaming process causes the level indicator to show an increase in liquid level. It depends on the process.
