65. What do you do if you discover a leak in the cold oil cooler?
1. Check the standby cold oil cooler ready for operation. Report promptly and handle it quickly. 2. Switch to the backup oil cooler. 3. Once a leak in the oil cooler is detected, isolate that cooler immediately by closing its oil inlet and outlet valves as well as the cooling water inlet and outlet valves. 4. Continue to monitor the oil level in the tank; if it drops too low, fuel should be added promptly. 5. Inspect and open the water-side end cover of the cooler to check for leaks. Once a pipe is identified as leaking oil, seal both ends of that pipe using plugs as a precaution. (If the plug extends more than 1/4 of the tube bundle, consider replacing it with a spare at an appropriate time.) 6. The oil cooler was pressurized for 2 hours with no leaks, and it has been returned to standby mode
If the water pressure is higher than the oil pressure and there is a leak, immediately reduce the water pressure by closing the inlet water valve of the cooler to control the temperature, or switch to the backup cooler. If the oil pressure is higher than the water pressure and there is a leak, immediately switch to another cooler and have a blacksmith fix it.
If there is a backup oil cooling system, it will definitely be switched to the backup oil cooling first; If there is no backup oil cooling, gradually reduce the circulating water flow first and monitor the temperature after cooling; if it remains unaffected, proceed with oil cooling (an external cooling water hose can be used to connect to the lubricating oil pipeline for flushing and cooling) ; If the impact is significant, switch the compressor to a backup unit ;
