May I ask, what happens if the preheating temperature is too high when crude oil is used as fuel and burned in a furnace?

Since heavy oil is used, according to the viscosity-temperature curve, it needs to be heated to above 150°C in order to burn properly, but the initial boiling point of this oil is only 125°C. So, what adverse effects will forcing the temperature to 150°C have on the system?
If the residence time in the furnace is too short, the oil cannot be sufficiently distilled.
