Can a 10kV, 1600kW high-voltage motor operate for extended periods at its rated current?

The rated current is the current for long-term stable operation; you need to take into account factors such as the transformer capacity, switch configuration, and cable specifications
For a 1600KW motor, consider the starting method, the capacity of the transformer, and the voltage drop at the site. If no control system is available, one can install capacitors and reactors to increase the transformer voltage.
