Currently, the operating parameters for ethylene spheres are mainly divided into two categories: one category operates at a temperature of around -30°C, with a design temperature of generally -40°C and a design pressure of 2.2 MPa ； For another category, the operating temperature is mostly -40°C; the design temperature generally ranges from -45 to 50°C, and the design pressure is 1.55–1.9 MPa. In this case, low-temperature high-strength steel rated for -50°C must be selected.
