I would like to ask everyone: does the rear bearing of a 110kW motor (on the fan blade side) require lubrication, and if so, how should it be lubricated? Thank you!
Any bearing should be maintained, right? There should be an oil filling port as well
How could I not recognize it? Did you send it to the wrong place?
Check if there is an oil filling port at the back of the motor; if so, oil needs to be added.
Motor models of 110kw generally have an oil filling port at the rear side (except for explosion-proof motors); it is sufficient to add a little oil every six months. After one year of operation, remove the oil seal cover at the rear side and check the color of the lubricating oil – if it has turned black, the entire lubricating oil should be replaced.
May I ask how the original poster determined how much oil to add to the bearing?
