There is currently one 45KW deep well pump. The pump is located 300 meters away from the distribution box and 600 meters away from the transformer. Is it feasible to use JHS 300/500v waterproof cable with a length of 300 meters, and a wire diameter of 3*35? For the 55KW deep well pump, is it feasible to use a wire diameter of 3*50? Urgently needed online; standard specifications would be ideal. . .
A current of 45 kilowatts corresponds to 90A. For a distance of 600 meters from the transformer to the distribution box, standard 3*95 square millimeter armored aluminum wires should be used (at 17.5 yuan per meter), resulting in a voltage drop of 17V. From the distribution box to 300 meters underground, 3*35 water pump cables are used (62 yuan per meter), resulting in a further voltage drop of 14V. The voltage dropped by a total of 31V.
For a 55-kilowatt water pump, the current is around 110A. For a distance of 600 meters from the transformer to the distribution box, standard 3*120 square millimeter armored aluminum wires are used (at 21 yuan per meter), resulting in a voltage drop of 17V. From the distribution box to 300 meters underground, 3*50 water pump cables are used (90 yuan per meter), resulting in a further voltage drop of 12V. The voltage dropped by a total of 29V. It’s from a professional cable seller, so this is definitely the most cost-effective option.
