Questions about the provincial and municipal levels of electrician certificates

I wanted to apply for an electrician's certificate, but the person who applied for the certificate online said that the certificate he applied for me was at the local municipal level, not the provincial level. I couldn't find it on the provincial website! He said that municipal-level ones can also be used. Anyone who has applied for an electrician's certificate can explain it to me. If the certificate is fake, can the company go back and check it?
Just give the management department a call and ask. And you can also ask about some schools with electrical engineering majors.
