As part of long-distance gas pipelines, gas station sites were previously understood to be auxiliary facilities to such pipelines, and did not require separate bidding processes. Since no separate bidding process was carried out for the station site, there is no record in the system of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, which makes it impossible to obtain a construction permit. Since land and property certificates will need to be obtained for the station site in the future, I was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences and could share them with me. Thank you:lol
