What are the factors that affect the content of isobutane oxidation products?

The isobutane product tank was sealed on December 21, 2017, and analysis results showed no oxidation compounds detected. Without any material intake or output, this tank was sampled and analyzed again on December 25, 2017; the results showed 200 ppm of oxidized compounds. I’m seeking advice from experts – was there an issue with the testing process, or is there some other reason for the sudden increase in oxidized compounds?
It should be sampling from the valve at the bottom of the tank; a small amount of moisture settles, and trace amounts of oxidized compounds (alcohols) are extracted, so the results tend to be on the high side. It’s just my personal opinion.
