The traditional method for producing ultrapure water involves the use of ion exchange resins. However, using such resins requires frequent regeneration, which is both resource-intensive and labor-consuming. Through years of experience, combined with new membrane separation technologies, our company prefers to use a system that combines reverse osmosis with ion exchange (or EDI) for the production of ultrapure water. This approach offers the advantage of lower operating costs compared to traditional methods, as the regeneration cycle of the ion exchangers is extended, and the system operates more reliably. Compared to existing methods, the new process has the advantages of low cost and readily available consumables. The reverse osmosis process is advanced and reliable. Pure water equipment for cosmetics production is used in the cosmetics and skincare industry to supply pure, sterile water as a base for skincare products. In line with the standards regarding water quality required in this industry, our company has developed pure water treatment systems suitable for such purposes. These systems employ different processes and equipment configurations depending on the source of water, in order to meet the requirements of the cosmetics industry; commonly, two-stage reverse osmosis or one-stage reverse osmosis combined with a mixed-bed system, or one-stage reverse osmosis together with an EDI unit, is used. The specific equipment configuration is determined based on the water quality provided by the customer. )
