This module is 42 meters long, 17 meters wide, and 15 meters high; it has 12 air coolers integrated in its upper part, and its total weight is 524 tons, making it a \"giant\" among aromatic hydrocarbon processing units. Due to the large size of the module, its high installation height, and limited working space, lifting presents challenges such as high precision requirements and difficult risk control. The project team organized everything meticulously; a thousand-ton class crawler crane was used for lifting at the site. Through precise calculations and simulations, it was ensured that the modules were lifted smoothly and placed accurately in position. The entire lifting process was safe and under control, with smooth coordination between all stages.
