Questions regarding the wiring of explosion-proof lights in the boiler room

As shown in the diagram, is an explosion-proof hose required at the wiring connection of the explosion-proof lights in the boiler room?
It depends on the fuel of the boiler. Explanatory note to clause 15.2.2 of the «Code for Boiler Room Design》: In gas, methane is the main component of natural gas; when it forms a mixture with air at concentrations of 5% to 15%, it is prone to ignition and explosion. Therefore, the natural gas pressure regulating room is an explosion-proof building. According to Article 2.2.2 of the Code for Design of Electrical Installations in Explosive and Fire Hazardous Environments, an area can be classified as a non-explosive hazard area if it meets one of the following conditions: 1. An area without any sources of release and where it is impossible for flammable materials to enter ； II. The maximum possible concentration of flammable substances shall not exceed 10% of the lower explosive limit ； III. Near equipment that uses an open flame during the production process, or near equipment whose surface temperature of hot components exceeds the ignition temperature of flammable materials in the area ； IV. In areas outside the production facility zone, where overhead pipelines for transporting flammable materials are installed in an open or exposed manner; the location of their valves is determined according to specific circumstances. Gas boilers are open-flame devices and do not need to be classified as explosion-hazardous areas, but combustible gas detection alarms should be installed.
First, check whether it is a coal furnace or a natural gas furnace, etc.; then consider the hazard zone classification provided by the design institute. If it is designated as an explosion-proof area, then explosion-proof hoses are required……
The boiler area is generally a non-explosion-proof area; there is no need for protective hoses, nor are explosion-proof lighting fixtures required.
Our boiler can operate on both diesel and natural gas, and it has been classified as an explosion-proof area by the design institute
That’s not right then; explosion-proof hoses are necessary.
We are not all treated as being in an explosive hazard environment
In explosive hazard areas, the wiring can be run through hoses or without them; reference can be made to a catalog of diagrams for construction in explosive hazard areas.
