In the ultra-high voltage section, if it is a double-bus four-segment configuration with both bus coupler switches and segment switches, what is the logic behind automatic backup switching?
Busbar segmentation involves dividing a longer busbar into two sections, with a segmentation switch connecting them. It is suitable for applications with a large number of devices on the busbar, as it allows one section of the busbar to continue operating normally in the event of a failure in another section. The reliability and flexibility of the dual-bus segmentation have been further improved, allowing the other 3/4 of the system to continue operating normally in the event of a failure in one bus. Firstly, automatic switching over is implemented between the sectional switches; if power is lost on both busbars in a section, the bus coupler will perform automatic switching over. It’s just that a few more criteria have been added.
