May I ask, in civil engineering design, by how much is the road elevation lower than that of the factory building?
A higher height is fine; generally, factory buildings are 150~300 units higher than the outdoor area, and the outdoor area is 150~300 units higher than the roads. It can be done in accordance with GB 50849-20096.2.4

It depends on what kind of factory building it is.
