Procedures for the completion acceptance of electrical engineering projects: I would like to ask my colleagues – once the construction of an electrical project is completed, is it the owner who organizes the inspection by the electricity company, or is it the contractor who arranges for the electricity authorities to conduct the inspection? I appreciate any guidance you can provide
The 110 and 220 kV substations in our group are organized by the project owner, with the construction units providing support, and they are subject to inspection by various departments organized by the power company.
It is the owner who submits an application to the power supply department for inspection, with the construction party cooperating with the inspection.
