Could everyone please help take a look at the abnormal issue with the EDI power supply membrane module?

Our EDI system uses externally sourced EDI power modules along with corresponding display units; recently, customers have reported that after the new installation (when it’s in normal operation, it’s in a constant-current state), the current level gradually decreases by 0. After manually adjusting it back up, It will still gradually decline. EDI is working properly. I asked the EDI manufacturer, and they said it was a problem with the power supply module. No problems were detected either during the retesting of the membrane module at the factory. I hope for your advice.
After all this time, how was it resolved in the end?
