At construction and production sites, there are numerous violations and irregularities, which are detrimental to stable and safe production. We hope that everyone can point out the problems shown in the pictures, so as to help them improve their work. Thank you for your participation and support! ! ! Insulation work site. Reference answers: 1. The safety belt is worn low and used at a high position; 2. There is no working platform; 3. There are no footrests; 4. The fence should be painted in black and yellow stripes; 5. There is a missing horizontal bar at the top of the scaffold
1. Not wearing a safety rope while working at height； 2. The shelf is not equipped with handrails ； 3. Without a ladder, it is strictly prohibited to climb the tower barehanded ； 4. No pedals are installed; it is not possible to work by stepping on the frame
The hook of the worker’s safety belt above isn’t attached； The worker below is standing outside the guardrail; this area is not a scaffolding working platform (no planks or similar items are in place), and he is not wearing a safety belt ； The scaffolding setup does not meet the standards

Here, I see that the fences are painted entirely yellow; it seems there’s an understanding to that effect. As a side note, it doesn’t count as violation detection
