I’ve seen that too. I wanted to add a filter with a filtration capacity of around 5% of the flow rate; at first I thought of using 25-micron filters, but then I realized the resistance might be too high, so I switched to 50-micron filters. It seems like they don’t work as well

There are two types of filters used in circulating water side filtration systems: valveless filters and pressure filters. 1. Installation and maintenance are simple – water can be supplied through a branch pipe, and no other electrical or gas equipment is required. However, the water flow during rinsing is difficult to control, and it uses more water than pressure filters. 2. The pressure is used by the filter, via the PLC system, to control backwashing based on operating time or the pressure difference between inlet and outlet water; the backwashing time of the filter can also be adjusted ; The normal backwashing time is 2 to 3 minutes, and the backwashing water volume is 1.2 to 1.5 times the normal operating water volume. Electrical and instrumentation equipment is required; it saves water, and the service life of the filter media is much longer than that of valveless filters ; It runs quite stably.
