Color of power supply and status indicator lights

Everyone, I have an on-site electrical cabinet, and on its door I need 24VDC power indicator lights, as well as indicator lights to show whether the solenoid cylinder is in the operating position or in the retracted position (for maintenance or safety purposes). What colors do you think would be appropriate for these indicator lights, based on our usual practices? Thank you!
Also, what colors would be better for my move forward and move back command buttons? Thank you!
The power indicator light is red; the color is green when the solenoid valve cylinder is in the forward position, and yellow when it is in the retracted position
