Reasons why a small-scale ultra-pure water system does not produce water

　　1. It may be that the tap water is not turned on or the water pressure is insufficient; in such cases the system will emit an alarm sound. Turn on the tap water or bypass the low-pressure protection switch. 　　Short-circuiting may cause the booster pump to run idle and damage the pump. 　　2. It’s possible that the pre-treatment filter is clogged, resulting in a reduced water flux or no water flow at all. Replace the pre-treatment filter. 　　3. The low-voltage protection switch is damaged and cannot close properly; replace it with a new low-voltage protection switch. 　　4. The high-voltage protection switch is damaged and cannot close properly; in this case, the full water indicator light will turn on. Replace the high-voltage protection switch. 　　The system keeps producing water: the high-pressure protection switch is damaged and cannot shut off properly; the water production indicator light remains on. The high-pressure protection switch needs to be replaced. 　　The small-scale ultra-pure water system generates water and switches to the full-water mode too frequently: it may be because the ball valve of the pure water tank is not open, preventing water from being stored; open the ball valve of the pure water tank.
