1. Startup records: The characteristics of the reverse osmosis unit should be recorded from the start of operation. These records should include data on preprocessing and reverse osmosis operations during startup as well as during actual initial operation.2. Operational data: Operational data can provide information on the performance of the system. It should be collected on a daily basis throughout the entire reverse osmosis operation period; together with regular water quality analyses, this data serves to assess the performance of the unit. The specific contents include: 1) Flow rates (flow rates of product water and concentrated water in each section); 2) Pressures (pressures of feed water, concentrated water, product water, as well as at the inlet and outlet of the 5-micron filter); 3) Temperature (of feed water); 4) Residual chlorine (in raw water and feed water); 5) Redox potential (of feed water); 6) pH value (of feed water, product water, and concentrated water); 7) Conductivity/TDS (of feed water, product water, and feed water/concentrated water in each section); 8) SDI and turbidity (of feed water, before 5-micron filtration, and concentrated water); 9) LSI before and after acid addition to the feed water; 10) Recorded once daily: ① CL2 consumption, ② coagulant consumption, ③ acid consumption, ④ scale inhibitor consumption, ⑤ sodium bisulfite consumption. 3. Calibration of all instruments and meters. Maintenance logs and records are essential materials for analyzing problems related to reverse osmosis systems and mechanical equipment. Such as replacing parts in case of mechanical failures, repairing and replacing reverse osmosis pressure vessels/membrane elements, cleaning (cleaning agents and cleaning procedures), and calibrating instruments and meters.
