May I ask whether the \"total active power\" shown on the factory’s main meter is equal to the sum of the power consumption of all devices? (Line losses are excluded.) Also, the \"daily electricity usage\" value (A) on the main meter used by the power company is about 1000 units higher than the sum of the daily power consumptions of all the monitoring points on the distribution panel (B), and the ratio B/A is always around 83%. I would like to know the reason for this. I have checked the diagrams once, and there are no missing monitoring points. Also, what is the impact of the compensation capacitor on the measurement of total active power?
It shouldn’t be. Because any motor has a certain amount of reactive power, and it is the sum of reactive power and active power that constitutes the actual power of the electrical load.
