The upper section of the shift gas scrubber tower for the second phase of the Liuhua Chemical Project in Jingyuan, Baiyin, Gansu was successfully installed on November 8. Welding work commenced simultaneously, thus accelerating the progress of the project. The upper section of this equipment is 21.22 meters long and 3.6 meters in diameter, with a net weight of 125 tons. It makes use of an 800-ton crawler crane for the main lifting operation and a 400-ton crawler crane for assisting in the lifting process; together, these two cranes enable smooth lifting and precise alignment.
