Selection of location for installing pure water treatment equipment and space modification The pure water treatment equipment should be installed in a place that is dry and well-ventilated, with the ambient temperature maintained between 5 and 45 degrees. A lack of ventilation and high humidity create an environment conducive to bacterial growth, leading to material corrosion and damage to internal components; this affects the quality of the water produced, reduces the water output, and hinders the proper and safe operation of the equipment. Space renovation: Plan the ventilation and drainage systems properly; take special measures to protect walls and floors from moisture and mold. 2. After the equipment is in place, stainless steel pipe valves should be used for connection, and the pipes must be fixed securely and firmly. 3. Install the industrial pure water equipment according to the circuit diagram; the wiring of the equipment should be carried out by professional technicians, and all power supply parameters must meet the requirements of the equipment. II. Pre-operational inspections and debugging 1. Before starting the machine, check whether the power supply is connected, and verify that the water level in the preprocessor tank as well as the raw water pressure are within normal ranges. 2. Check that all valves are in the correct position; open all exhaust valves to release the air inside. Also, open the primary and secondary inlet valves as well as the concentrate valve on the pure water treatment equipment. 3. First, open the feed valve of the security filter to introduce the pre-treated water into the RO system; then continue to supply pre-treated water for a low-pressure flushing process of 35–50 minutes in order to clean the protective fluid inside the reverse osmosis membrane.
