Record all data before cleaning, and disconnect the connection pipes between the EDI device and other water purification equipment. 2. Connect the cleaning device, so that the cleaning pump flows through the concentrated water pipeline into the EDI module and then back to the cleaning water tank; open the inlet and outlet valves for concentrated water, and close the inlet valve and outlet valve for fresh water in the EDI system. 3. Prepare a cleaning solution of 2% hydrochloric acid in the water tank, start the cleaning pump, and adjust the concentrated liquid inlet valve to enable cyclic cleaning at the specified flow rate. 4. Stop the cleaning pump, drain the cleaning waste liquid from the cleaning tank; open the valve for discharging the concentrated water to the gutter, and continuously inject cleaning water (water produced by the reverse osmosis pure water system) into the cleaning tank. Then start the cleaning pump to carry out continuous cleaning. 5. Open the EDI feed water valve and product water valve, and simultaneously flush both water chambers. Test the water quality on the concentrated water outlet side until it is similar to the conductivity of the feed water side. 6. Restore the original flow data for each valve and device, and re-establish the connections between the various EDI pipelines and other systems. 7. Turn on the PLC control power cabinet to supply power to the EDI module, bring it into normal operation, and record the data from the initial run.
