There is no water left in the water storage tank; currently, super-pure water is generated on-site, which is why the flow rate of the water is low. Wait about 2 hours before opening it for use. 2. The motor is not working, and the water pressure is low. Check whether the motor is working properly. 3. The RO membrane is slightly clogged, possibly due to a lack of cleaning over an extended period of time. In this case, rinse the RO membrane first; if that doesn’t work, the RO membrane should be replaced promptly. First: The filter element of the pre-treatment system needs to be replaced. If the previous filter elements are all clogged, then no water will flow in, and as a result, no water will emerge from the later sections. Solution: Replace the filter element. Second: The RO membrane gets clogged. Over time, as it is used, the RO membrane gradually becomes clogged, which results in a decreasing water production volume; generally, it needs to be replaced every year or so. During operation, pure water production systems generally generate wastewater. Some users may consider this waste and take measures to block the discharge of wastewater or reduce the amount of wastewater produced. Such actions can directly render the RO reverse osmosis membranes ineffective, preventing water from being produced. It is recommended to adjust the wastewater output based on the local water quality and the recommendations of the pure water equipment manufacturer, and not to arbitrarily reduce the amount of wastewater discharged.
