6) Whether the layout drawings help save materials, whether they are suitable for mass production, whether orders can be placed in a standardized manner, and whether the designs are easy to disassemble and maintain, etc. – Also, consider the coordination issues on-site, both internally and externally. 1) External coordination involves working with various collaborating parties to resolve on-site problems and meet the requirements of construction. 2) Ensure that the collaborating parties carry out their work in line with our schedule to maintain progress on site. 3) Internal coordination prioritizes safe and civilized construction. 4) Internal coordination of issues between teams, coordination between preceding and subsequent processes, schedule coordination, quality issue coordination, and so on. 5) When working under pressure, pay attention to your working methods and avoid being too aggressive; build good relationships with various teams, coordinate matters related to food, accommodation, and transportation, and try to meet the requirements put forward by these teams. 6) Pay attention to each person’s personality at work; with some you need to bring them under control, while with others you need to persuade them – manage the process accordingly. ---- Leng ---- Quality tracking control, zone management ■ Quality tracking control 1) Tracking of laying quality. 2) Quality tracking of samples and bulk products. 3) Raw material quality management: Visit the manufacturers to understand their production technology and quality standards, production capacity, and material quality. 4) Enhance the tracking of drawing quality, such as alignment of joints, centering, symmetry, material savings, comprehensive ceiling plans, switch placement, and proper finishing of edges and corners. 5) Conduct on-site quality tracking at the factory and make timely corrections. 6) On-site quality tracking, tracking of the quality of materials upon arrival, quality control of the base layer, and tracking of the installation quality of the surface layer. Dailyly, every corner of the site is inspected to correct any quality issues and conduct acceptance checks. ■ Zone management 1) Zone management is aimed at promptly improving the construction progress, quality, finished product protection, cleaning, and handover in each area. 2) The responsibilities for partition management are clearly defined, assigned to specific individuals, with accountability assigned to each person. 3) It is recommended to hold more meetings during the rush period to report on progress, quality, and issues that need to be addressed. 4) Complete one task at a time, and once the finished product passes the inspection, it is packed up. 5) Seal the areas to protect the finished products and prevent theft. ---- Pick up ---- Properly handle the handover of documents to Party A. 1) Carry out the handover process by making a detailed inventory of all equipment, electrical appliances, furniture, and various decorative materials in each area and room, noting their quantities, names, and condition. 2) Prepare a form to record the acceptance of the above items, and include on the form the signatures and seals of the person who handed over the items from the construction party and the representative of the owner who accepted them. 3) Archive the above tables properly. 4) Make video recordings during the handover process. 5) Organize the completion acceptance and keep proper records. 6) Identify the responsible persons for any issues that arise during the acceptance process and ensure they are resolved promptly. 7) Check whether the documents are complete, and update them promptly; in particular, strict attention must be paid to the drawings, with careful scrutiny given to the concealed elements shown in them, as well as to the drawings used in the budgeting process. 8) Ensure the proper handover of completion documents.
