The circulation pump is the main device for transferring thermal energy; its function is to supply a sufficient flow of circulating hot water to the heating network.
In heating (cooling) systems, the circulation water pump does not lift water to a high altitude; rather, it causes the water to circulate repeatedly within the system in order to overcome the resistance losses in the circuits, and it has no direct relation to the height of the building.
