Recently, the Xinjiang Xinji Energy project, constructed by China National Chemical Corporation Tianchen, reached two important milestones: the handover of the production office building and the completion of the heavy equipment lifting work for the first phase. During the handover process in the production office building, the Xinjiang Xinji Energy project team, in accordance with the contract requirements, actively cooperated with the owner and supervisor to finalize the project, carry out the \"three inspections and four determinations,\" and took measures to address all remaining issues. At the same time, it carefully reviewed the relevant project documents to identify and rectify any deficiencies. Through the joint efforts of all parties, the production office building was successfully completed, marking the beginning of the project’s implementation. The scrubber tower is the last piece of equipment to be lifted during the first phase of this project; it has a diameter of about 3.6 meters, a height of over 80 meters, and a total weight of around 730 tons. The lifting operation adopts a \"segmental lifting and on-air assembly\" approach, with a 1250t crawler crane used as the main crane and a 260t crawler crane as the auxiliary crane. The successful lifting of the scrubber tower marks the successful completion of the first phase of heavy-lift operations at the site, laying a solid foundation for the timely completion of the project. 2024 is a crucial year for the completion of the Xinjiang Xinji Energy project. The project team will adhere to progress as the guiding principle, quality as the core focus, and safety as the guarantee; it will clarify tasks and assign responsibilities properly to ensure the successful fulfillment of all project requirements, thereby contributing to the economic development of the area where the project is located and celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
