On July 1, good news came again regarding the Jiangsu Haizhou Bay Reservoir Project (hereinafter referred to as the Haizhou Bay Project), which was constructed under the company’s EPC turnkey contract – the construction of the inner wall panels for Tank 1#C3 was successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for carrying out hydrostatic testing on the tank by the end of July. As one of the core storage tanks of the project, the construction of the inner wall panels for Tank 1#C3 presents challenges such as complex manufacturing processes and high precision requirements. Driven by technological innovation, the project team employs automated welding processes and digital monitoring systems to keep the alignment errors of wall panels within the millimeter range, achieving a first-pass weld quality rate of 99.6%, and utilizes lean management to deliver high-quality projects.
